It was 1851 that Patek Philippe & Co. was created. Years later in 1868, Patek Philippe made their first wristwatch. They have also pioneered the perpetual calendar, split-seconds hand, chronometer, and minute repeater in watches.

Calibre CH 27-70 Q nickel-finished lever movement stamped with the Geneva Seal hallmarked, 24 jewels, Gyromax balance, free sprung regulator, silvered matte dial, applied pink gold baton and square numerals, outer 1/5th seconds divisions, two windows for day and month, three subsidiary dials for constant seconds and 24 hours register, 30 minutes register and leap year indicator, date and moon phases, circular water-resistant-type case, downturned fluted lugs, glazed display screw back, two round chronograph buttons in the band, 18K pink gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp, case, dial and movement signed. Diameter: 37 mm.
