| Notes: | Mid-Century numbered lithograph 20/275 by Panamanian-American artist, Keith Llewellyn De Carlo (1925-1981). Signed by the artist. Produced by The Collector's Guild Ltd, New York. De Carlo was born in Panama and joined the US Marines at the age of 18 where he fought in World War II. After the war he studied art at The Art Student’s League in New York. And the Ecole des Beaux-Arts and the Academie in Paris. As well as the Escuela de Bellas Artes in Barcelona. He created murals in the United Sates, France, Spain, and the Netherlands and created many of his illustrations and lithographs while living in Paris. |
