Quality Art Auctions ships only within the 50 United States. Quality Art Auctions items are always shipped via FedEx Ground or United States Postal Service unless otherwise noted. Orders with P.O. Box addresses may be held until a street address is obtained and will be cancelled if a street address cannot be obtained within a reasonable time.
Quality Art Auctions reserves between 3-8 business days for an order to ship from our Los Angeles based warehouse. If no shipping confirmation is received by the 8th business day, please contact us immediately for more information.

List Prices are generally provided to us by the artist, publisher, or gallery where the art was purchased. The list price may have no reflection on what a piece will actually sell for on the open market and are meant as a guide only. Due to second hand and closeout markets these prices are often irrelevant. We encourage you to purchase items based solely on your appreciation of the image or recognition of the artist.

All Quality Art Auctions items MUST be returned in accordance with the below return policies. Items that have been shipped to a third party or an international location are not eligible for return. Returning Merchandise/RMA Requests
All requests for returns must be made within 15 days of the item's receipt. You must obtain a valid RMA number from Quality Art Auctions before returning your merchandise. To obtain a RMA #, please email your username, the auction listing number, and reason for return to:
qart@propertyroom.com
Once approved, customer service will provide you with your RMA number and return instructions.
To expedite your return, please print the RMA number on the outside of the return packaging. Upon return to our warehouse, refunds will be issued within 1-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your refund information.
Items Returned Without a RMA number
Item(s) returned without a RMA # will be charged a 15% restocking fee and the shipping/handling and transaction fees will not be refundable. We reserve the right to refuse delivery and return to sender any item which is returned without a Quality Art Auctions RMA number.
