Please note, Customers must bring appropriate equipment, vehicle and manpower for oversize/large items. Item must be picked up within 7 business days.
- The item may be picked up via freight service from our Los Angeles metro area warehouse. Please see our Customer Pick-Up Policy (https://help.propertyroom.com/support/solutions/articles/44001804824-customer-pick-up-policy). Item must be shipped within 7 business days.
- This auction is only available for pick-up only. No shipping option is available due to increased surcharge fees imposed by our shipping carriers.

- A Notarized Statement or Power of Attorney from you directly to the Seller authorizing release of asset to freight service or individual.
- Authorized pick-up person or freight service may not, under any circumstances, coordinate pick-up with the Seller.
- Authorized pick-up person will be required to furnish ID at time of pick-up.
