Re-established in 2007, Eberle Watches, was initially founded by Maurice Eberle in 1925. Just prior to establishing the brand however, Maurice Eberle was granted Swiss patent No. 77565 and 77578 for his creations in horology. The 1st patent covered a fastening device using greased friction for a wheel of the wheel train on the cover of a mainspring barrel in a mechanical movement. The second was granted for a specific closure to wristwatch bracelets, as this was the time that we were seeing the evolution of pocketwatches to wrist-worn watches.

Today, Eberle represents less technical advancements, and focuses primarily on fashionable, affordable watches for both ladies and men.
