QART ships to the 50 United States via UPS or USPS. As UPS does not ship to them, orders with P.O. Box addresses may be held until a street address is obtained and will be cancelled if a street address cannot be obtained within a reasonable time. QART reserves between 3 - 8 business days for an order to ship from our Los Angeles based warehouse. If no shipping confirmation is received by the 8th business day, please contact us for more information.

List prices may have no reflection on what a piece will actually sell for on the open market and are meant as a guide only. Due to second hand and closeout markets these prices are often irrelevant. We encourage you to purchase items based solely on your appreciation of the image or recognition of the artist.

Items which are not as described may be returned for a full refund (including s/h and transaction fees). Items which are as described may be subject to a restocking fee and the shipping and handling fees. QART returns must be returned in accordance with the below return policies. Items that have been shipped to a third party or an international location may not be eligible for return. 

Returning Merchandise/RMA Requests

All requests for returns must be made within 15 days of the item's receipt. You must obtain a valid RMA number from QART before returning your merchandise. To obtain a RMA #, please email your username, the auction listing number, and reason for return to: qart@propertyroom.com
Once approved, customer service will provide you with your RMA number and return instructions. To expedite your return, please print the RMA number on the outside of the return packaging.
