All Items that are processed through JBX will be shipped out through USPS or FedEx to the continental United States. Your shipping estimate will be displayed during the bidding process prior to the final step of confirming your bid.
Customer Pick-up / Will-Call is available through JBX Monday - Friday from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm PST 5 days a week, except on holidays, by appointment only. JBX requires appointment for all Customer Pickups to provide a smooth and efficient experience, and that we can accommodate each customer with their specific needs. All Customer Pickups can be picked up by the winner, or the winner can send an email to JBX with authorization stating who will pickup with date & time. All customers are responsible for pickup with the right equipment, man-power, and appropriate supplies.
All Customer Pickup orders must be picked up within 10 days of the purchase date. All orders that are not picked up within 10 business days will be forfeited without any refund back to customer.
Return Policy
Most items are new, overstock, customer return, sold for parts only from major department stores. All listings that state Customer Pickup Only in the description is listed due to its size, weight, or for other reasons that the item requires special handling with an $11.95 handling charge. All Customer Pickup items must be picked up. All items are sold as-is, are irreplaceable, and none refundable. Returns are only accepted when:
- The wrong item is received
- The item is not as described
- The item is damaged in transit.
