Returns: You assume responsibility for auctions you have won. PropertyRoom will generally only accept returns if it made a manifest error, such as shipping the wrong item or shipping the incorrect quantity of items. Do not make assumptions regarding any features, functionality or additional parts not pictured or described. Any returns must be returned within 7 days of receipt or arrival at your post office. Items returned without approval will be refused. We reserve the right to replace damaged items instead of issuing a refund. All items are registered before shipping to customers to ensure quality control for returns.
